Project Overview
The Town of Pecos City, in partnership with the Pecos-Barstow-Toyah Independent School District (PBTISD) and Reeves County, is leading the redevelopment of the 13.2-acre Bessie Haynes site. The park is located between East 11th Street, East 12th Street, Mesquite Street, and South Locust Street.
